I’ve used and liked other products from this brand, so I really wanted this one to work for me. Unfortunately, my hair still ended up frizzy after drying, which was disappointing. I’m not giving up on the brand, but this particular product just didn’t do much for my frizz.

I wanted to like this, but the ingredients just felt kind of cheap to me. I mean, they didn’t seem like the quality I was expecting, so I was disappointed.

Ordered a few hair products from Verb and one of them wasn’t the one I picked. Box showed up quickly, so that part was fine, but the order was still wrong. Had to email customer service and wait for it to get fixed, which they did eventually. Just kind of annoying more than anything. Not terrible, but definitely not great

I tried this curl definition stuff hoping it would actually help, but nope. My hair ended up looking flat, kind of sticky, and just sad. There was basically no curl hold at all, which is wild for how much it costs. Definitely not buying this useless little disappointment again.

I ordered from verbproducts.com and, the box showed up looking rough. Like, one of the corners was crushed in, and the tape was kind of barely hanging on, so it didn’t really feel super secure when it arrived.

When I opened it, the products were just sort of loose in there with not much padding or anything. One of the bottles had leaked a little too, so everything was, you know, kind of sticky and messy to deal with right away.

The actual products might still be fine, I guess, but the packaging was really not great. For the price, I just expected it to show up in better condition and not feel like it had been tossed around so much...

I really wanted this shampoo to work for me, but after a few washes my scalp started feeling tight and itchy. It wasn’t painful or burning, just uncomfortable in that annoying way where you keep noticing it and can’t really ignore it.
My hair looked fine enough, which made it more frustrating because I felt kind of trapped between wanting to keep using it and not wanting to deal with the scratching later in the day. Maybe it’s great for other people, but for me it was a letdown.

It worked fine for me, so no complaints there. I just didn’t realize the bottle was this small and it ran out quickly. That’s on me for not double-checking the size, but I’d definitely pay closer attention before buying again.

My hair felt fine after using it, but I didn’t notice much of a shine boost. For the price, I expected a bit more, especially compared to some cheaper products I’ve used that gave my hair a glossier finish. Not terrible, just kind of underwhelming.

I was really disappointed with how long the shipping took. I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to arrive, and there wasn’t much that made the delay feel worth it. Overall, not the best experience, and I probably won’t be ordering again

I ordered from Verb after seeing a bunch of people hype it up, so I was actually excited to try it. Maybe my expectations were too high, but once I got it, I was kind of like… that’s it?
The product wasn’t bad or anything. Like, it worked fine, and I didn’t hate it, but for the price I expected it to feel a little more special. It was average, which is annoying, but also not the end of the world I guess.

Shipping was totally fine and the website was easy enough to use, so I don’t have complaints there. Still, I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was on a really good sale, because full price just doesn’t make sense for me.

I tried Verb for my dry hair, and it did help with moisture a little. My ends felt softer after a few washes, which was nice, but uh, it wasn’t as hydrating as I was hoping it would be. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average for me. I might use it again, but I’m not totally sure yet.

I really wanted this to work for my curls, but it just left my hair looking flat and lifeless. If you rely on volume and bounce, I’d be careful with this one

I used the Verb shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks, hoping my hair would start feeling softer or look a little healthier. I followed the directions on the bottles and gave it some time, but my hair still felt dry and looked kind of flat after each wash.

For the price, I really thought I’d notice at least some kind of improvement, but it just felt like a regular shampoo and conditioner to me. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but for me, it ended up feeling like a waste of money

I really wanted to like this, honestly. The first bottle I used was smooth and worked fine, so I thought I’d found something solid. Then the next one felt noticeably thicker and left my hair feeling kind of weird, almost like it didn’t rinse out the same. Maybe I’m being picky, but I notice that stuff, especially when I’m already running late and trying to get out the door with coffee in one hand. It’s not the worst product I’ve ever used, but the inconsistency is annoying. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to like this, but wow, my color-treated hair did not take it well at all. After just a few washes, my color looked so dull it made me want to scream, and my hair felt way drier than I expected. Maybe it works fine if your hair isn’t dyed, but for colored hair, I definitely wouldn’t buy it again. I thought it would be much gentler, and I’m disappointed

I was hoping this would make my hair feel nice and soft, but it actually left it feeling kind of rough and dry, haha. Just didn’t work for me, so I probably won’t buy it again...

I really wanted to like this, but I couldn’t get past the scent. It was super strong and kind of that perfumy, fake smell (not in a good way), and it lingered in my hair all day. I ended up washing my hair again just to get it out (which was annoying). Definitely not something I’d buy from Verb again.

As someone who usually picks things up quickly online, I found this site kind of confusing to use. It felt clunky, and I kept getting annoyed trying to figure out where to go next.

I reached out to customer service a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything back. I get that things can be busy, but a quick reply or update would’ve been nice.
